Project Status Report

NOTE: Project Status Reports are only available to Deans, Associate Deans, Coordinators and identified office staff. Please check with Learning Support Services if you need to check recorded progress of your project.

You now have direct access to checking status of Projects in your division! You will receive a bi-monthly e-mail notice to check the status of projects in your area. If you need to know the status and do not have that e-mail handy, follow the directions below to access project status:

  1. Click on the following link to access the Course Documentation Database:
    http://curriculum.online.nwtc.edu/htdocs/
  2. Log-in using your assigned User Name and Password (again, contact LSS if you have not received this information!)
  3. Click on "Project Status Report" from the list of options (upper Right-hand corner)
  4. Click on the options you would like to see in your report. Remember, the report will pull all data you identify, and any fields left "blank" will pull all options available. For example, if you leave the project approval option blank, it will pull all projects approved, pending approval, cancelled, on hold or needing developer name. Be sure to check this information when the report is complete.
  5. Click on the report option you would like to run
    NOTE: There is no difference in the data pulled between the Excel and HTML, it is merely presentation of information.
  6. Click Open or Save in the dialog box, depending upon your preference
  7. Open and view your document!
    NOTE: Data obtained from the Curriculum Project Database is only as current as the last update.
